Subject	suggestions on paint removal

Message	my brother painted the interior of his z this god awful tacky as hell blue. and i mean just about all of the interior. before he gets any further with completing this atrosity i need some suggestions. i have looked but havnt found, a paint stripper that will remove the blue rattle can paint off of the plastic and vinyl w/o ruining it. i have aircraft paint remover but its for stripping metal. i will be re-dying/ re-spraying the interior after its all done and stripped.
